• Compose a new email, hit Ctrl V and send! A link to my screen 'Grab' is sent to my friend or family member.  You're done!

• Right click the Grab123 icon in your system tray.  Draw a rectangle around the area you want to share. In this example, I selected only the stock market information from MSN's website.

• Open your Chat or IM program and chit Ctrl V and you're done!
